Tin Roofing for our dirty kitchen and laundry room is next on the agenda. Although we had our house built in 2006, we didn't start building the dirty kitchen and laundry room extension until after the rainy season was over in 2008. The skeleton of the structure was the only thing completed until a year later because I just didn't have the money in my personal budget to keep construction going.

The dinette set my wife bought in 2006, along with a lot of the other furniture and furnishings in my house, is made of narra. The dinette set consists of a dining room table and six chairs and it's bigger than a photograph can depict without someone actually sitting in one of the chairs. If it was a foot longer, it could be used as a small conference table.

The little picture to the left depicts a modern kitchen in a Western home. Unlike the picture, my custom kitchen isn't a modern kitchen. It resembles a modern kitchen, but that's as far as I would go with the word "modern".

I suffered from chronic heartburn for years. In 1996, it irritated me so much I went to see a doctor about it. He diagnosed me with Esophageal Reflux Disease (acid reflux) and prescribed Zantac. I took it until the prescription expired. Guess what? The heartburn returned as soon as the last tablet wore off.
I was popping Tums and generic tums-like tablets like candy, everyday, to keep the bile at bay.
