The Internet has become a dominant force in modern society, with the advent of new programming, browsers, and social media sites in recent years. Retreating from the Internet would now cause mass panic and confusion as to how to get any type of information; as a race, humans are now unable to function without the ease of Internet access and we cannot seem to remember what we did before this slew of information was made available at the click of a button.
