Do Follow, CommentLuv and KeywordLuv Blog List

This is a list of all the blogs that I've visited, or someone has verified for me, that have "do follow" as one of their commenting features. The list is being built in the order of verification, in reverse order. Please read Building Backlinks with Blogs that Do Follow, not No Follow to get the full details.

Please be aware that conflicting comment plugins can change individual link attributes, but only for edited comments. To make the list easy to maintain and easy to understand, I'll follow the blog name with DF (do follow), NF (nofollow), CF (CommentLuv Follow), CN (CommentLuv Nofollow), KF (KeywordLuv Follow) and KN (KeywordLuv Nofollow), as well as any notes.

I don't think our comment policy is that strict - it is stricter than others - thats for sure. But basically - its just use a name not a keyword in the name field.

I love your list here and will be checking back to see it as it is developed.

Perhaps it's the wording, Matt. It looked kind of strict to me. The way I read it, if I put Untwisted Vortex for my name, it would either get deleted or changed to spammer.

I have used the dofollow plugin by Kimmo for a long time. I also post the dofollow badge on my sidebar. Hopefully it has all been working as it should!

Hi RT - Thanks for adding Healthy Living For People And Planet Earth to the list on April 23rd.

I do have a correction for the entry, I think. You say it follows after X number of comments. What I think, or at least what I intend for it to do is follow all comments from registered users immediately and comments from anyone else after 24 hours. The 24 hour wait gives me time to catch the few bogus comments, trackbacks etc. that slip through before their spammy owners can benefit.

Is this the best way to do it in your opinion?

Very nice list of DoFollow Blogs.

The idea of using NoFollow as a spam counter is flawed. Better spam filters are what is needed if you actually want to make a difference. Spammers don't care if it is DoFollow or NoFollow, they are all spammed the same.

The blog you mention doesn't use Haloscan, but the standard blogger commenting, which isn't dofollow.

Those are WordPress specific plugins. Google will probably never allow them on the Blogger blogs, even if someone ported them over.
