I was invited to try out Ask2link a few days ago. It's a new banner and text link ad service.


After and I signed up and discovered the text link ads were not "nofollow", I exchanged email messages with one of the representatives. When I told her that I couldn't use the text link ads portion of the service in its current form, she politely informed me that a solution was currently being worked on and that I would receive a message as soon as it was implemented.

In the meantime…

For those of you with a new website, which isn't ranking in the search engines yet, this shouldn't be a problem until it does. Also, if your site is purely social and search engine traffic doesn't mean anything to you, then this is a great way to sell the unused space and make enough to cover your hosting and then some.
