Alex has created a unique kind of blog in "Healthy Health List". Each post is a list.

What is "Healthy Health List" all about?

Every post is a list of items related to a specific health topic. Every so often, a blog carnival is held and it's a list as well. While reading, I noticed that English isn't Alex's first language. Despite that, it's still easy enough to read, at least for me.

Site Design

This is a fairly popular theme, customized for Alex's use. The shades of green and gray blend in well together. The sidebars contain a lot of information, but there's not too much eye candy to detract from the page content.

I see a small problem with post titles that are longer than a single line. The second line overlaps the first. It can easily be remedied by adding "padding-bottom:Xpx;", where X is a number of pixels to his <h2> tag like this: <h2 style="padding-bottom:3px;">

Doing it that way won't affect any of the other <h2> tag styles controlled by the style sheet.

Article and Post Content

I took a cursory glance at several posts to see if anything stood out, but nothing did. His latest article, "10 Health Tips To Survive During International Travel", appears to be indicative of the rest.

My Overall Opinion

Although the neophytes at digg.com seem to like lists, they don't do anything for me. I have a tendency to glance over them and not really get into them unless the main topic is interesting to me. However, it appears that I'm not in the majority because Alex is getting plenty of visitors to his blog.

Would you like a Review?

My reviews are not the best, and I won't pretend they're even close to being the best, but they're free! You can't beat that with a stick. Submit your blog on my Request A Blog Review page and I'll see if I can do your blog justice.
