The first thing that popped into my head when I landed at "Novelty Action Figures" was something I heard or read in the last few years: They're not dolls! They're action figures! I have no idea where that came from. As always, of course, I started looking for things to write about and pick on.
The sidebar is kind of sparse. It leads me to believe the blog is only a couple of months old. I couldn't tell you right now exactly how old it is, because I couldn't find an archives widget or page. Not only that, but there's no paging mechanism (that I could find) either at the top or the bottom of the index page. I also couldn't find any contact information anywhere, not even on the "about" page.
There's a lot of interesting pictures here. I could comment on half of the action figures, but I won't. Instead, I'll just mention "Iron Maiden Eddie Somewhere In Time Head Knocker". It looks a bit like the "DeathLok" (I'm not even sure of the spelling) character from some comics I read in my teens.
Anyway, if you're into dolls, oops I mean action figures, this blog should be right up your alley.
