When I first looked at Dale's blog, "Insight Of Nothingness", I started scratching my head. Most personal blogs have an underlying theme of some kind, but I couldn't find it on this one. There are some hilarious posts there, some perhaps unintentionally funny.
The theme looks decent, but it's nothing to write home about. The multiple advertising blocks in the sidebars are a real turn-off and I may be wrong, but I doubt he's making much from them. There are more effective ways to use advertising than this (like including them in each post for search engine visitors only). I also couldn't find a contact form or email address anywhere. I guess he only wants to be contacted through comments.
I read through the latest article, "Sexy Airman First Class Vanessa Dobos", with some mild interest because, after all, I have a military history. The additional pictures simply made me think "egad". I can't even put the thought into words.
Dale's blog looks like it's doing well enough to attract visitors, but I think it needs some rethinking in the advertising department. He may also want to see if making the subtitles in the articles a bold format would help in the appearance and readability. This is an interesting blog. Check it out when you have some free time.
