I started going through all the Google Alerts I've had archived since September. Here are some of the interesting ones.
- Chris of Blog-Op created a list of his twenty top stumblers. It isn't a list of THE top 20 stumblers; it's a list of HIS top 20 stumblers.
- STaylor of Banyan of Ideas showed appreciation for my blog review. I was mentioned again for referring visitors. It's odd that there hasn't been a post since October 4th. It may be a dead blog.
- The Skinny Cook at Quick Dinner Recipes tagged me with a linky love meme that I didn't respond to at all. Consider this my official UnMeme (kind of like the uncola, get it?).
- The Curmudgeon, making a strong Second Effort, was inspired by my plea for using less profane language to write a little of his own history with colorful metaphors. His post was far better than mine.
- Ray, while at his Place of Stuff, spotted my G Rating and posted his own PG Rating. I've been downgraded (or upgraded depending on how you look at it) to a PG Rating since then.
- Although I briefly mentioned it in one of my blog drive-bys, Stine at Mother's Home! targeted me with the GAB (Get Authority Back) Tag meme. Consider this another official UnMeme.
- Carrie of My Several Worlds showed appreciation for my blog review and some blogging advice. I always answer my email messages when there are questions involved.
- I was tagged by Missylicious to provide some blogging tips as part of the meme passed on by the CHESSNOID. Consider this another official UnMeme.
- Stevo, while writing some Asian Ramblings, showed appreciation for my blog review and called me a master (blogging master, I presume). I'll have to write about that later.
- Lucia arbitrarily linked to me at Big Bucks Blogger to prove a point about paid and unpaid links and then quoted that for her link detector article. I feel loved.
I would like to be able to do this once a day until I get caught up, but it's very time-consuming. All I can say is that I'll try. By the way, you can steal the "Backlinks Bonanza" image and use it for yourself. I made that.
