No, I am NOT referring to the George A. Romero zombie movie from 1985. I'm referring to a holiday (Araw ng mga Patay) that Filipinos are celebrating today. Filipinos don't celebrate Halloween like Americans do, or at least they used to. Apparently, American Halloween is becoming more and more an adult-oriented holiday.

I'm in hiding. My relatives here went to the cemetery and I'm in my room catching up on TV episodes I haven't seen yet. I'll never understand their (or the Spanish/Mexican) fascination with the dead. I prefer to deal with the land of the living.
