Blog Review: Menopause Lifestyle

Menopause Lifestyle

This is the second and last blog that I let slip while busy with real-world affairs. Believe it or not, I've already visited Menopause Lifestyle several times. My wife is in that stage of her life and I need all the help I can get.

One look at the doctor's blog and I could tell Ada put a lot of effort into making it clean and easy to get around. Now, Corey Thompson isn't so sure about links in the footer, but I think it's the second best place to put contact and sitemap links. The first best place, in my opinion, is below the header. I'm biased, of course, because that's where I put mine.

Ada is a real doctor and she's been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for at least the last seven years. I would say she's quite qualified to advise other women (and men like me) on what to do during the menopause "change of life". Her recent article on post-menopausal weight gain seems to apply to men as much as women, although it might be more psychological than physical.

If you're approaching or are in this period of your life, or your significant other is, I recommend you take a look at what Dr. Ada Ozoh has to offer. You won't be disappointed.

Hey RT. Thanks for dropping by. Yes, I have put a lot of work into my blog to make it useful. Glad it shows. Just need lots more eyeballs to view my stellar work! Would have answered sooner but my very slow internet connection was playing up.Have a wonderful weekend.

  2. Thanks for sharing the site. You bring up such a valid point that menopause is not just a women's issue. Not only is there the male version, but a husband has to learn how to live with a wife who is going through this. I think that's very important, and all health decisions and changes are more than individual problems or concerns.
