Aha! Another blog from mainland China. If the tagline didn't say China, I wouldn't have known it right off the bat. At least, not until I started reading. After taking a cursory glance, I could tell this was a personal blog. There's nothing wrong with that at all. I'm partial to personal blogs because personal blogs are usually more interesting than "niche" blogs, at least for me.
Steve's blog uses a fluid-width theme which looks really good on my widescreen monitor. It looks good at the 1024×768 and 800×600 resolutions as well. Simple and clean. His "about" page is named "a bio of sorts" and includes a contact link, which I think needs to be moved to a sidebar if it's to remain a link. A contact page is preferable, but only in my opinion.
Forget the rest of the content. Steve won me over with his "a year" article. Any man who publicly praises his wife on his anniversary is a winner in my book. Steve's an ESL (English as a second language) teacher living in China and from the photos, his wife looks Chinese but I could be wrong about that.
Take a few minutes and read some of the things Steve has to ramble on about at Asian Ramblings. I've added his blog to my feedreader.
