I hate to say it but I've heard of Bollywood and that's about it. I know it's the motion-picture industry of India, based in Bombay, but I've never delved into it. Hopefully, by browsing Bollywood Links [ 50+ Film Links ], I've learned a thing or two. That's okay, though, because I don't know much about Hollywood either, and it's in the US (California to be exact).

The three-column layout for this blog looks fine, but there are a few things that bother me. It seems to me that the header and the footer are both too busy, with multiple links in them. I was looking for an "about" page, and found his information in the lower left sidebar. I found a contact email address in the right sidebar, but it's not a link. The white on gray font looks okay in its larger size, but the smaller font is difficult to read. The black on gray, used in the poll at the top of the right sidebar, is easier on the eyes.

I don't like to be overly critical of how an article is written in English if English isn't the author's first language, but I can't ignore glaring mistakes. If Gangaajaal [ Download or watch online ] is indicative of the rest of the content, Lalit needs to start using an English spell checker before publishing the articles. I spotted the missing vowel in "deprtments" without looking very hard because it was in a subheader — it stood out. Also, the bracketed text (as in the title of the blog and just about every post) isn't necessary. I think it detracts from the appearance and probably doesn't help with search engine optimization either. That text can be added to the posts themselves.

Overall, I think this is a good blog, obviously geared for Indian readers. I'm a bit of a video fanatic myself and I may have to return to dig deeper.
