I did a blog review for Dave's other blog, Pop Buzz UK, two weeks ago and it took this long to get back to this one. Part of the delay is my policy of going through my list, one blog per person, and then going back to second and subsequent blogs — kind of a shuffle to keep it interesting. Part of the delay is out of my hands with my DSL connectivity problems and my overheating laptop. Oh well, life goes on and so must I.

When I first looked at Brit Music Scene, one thing stood out like a sore thumb (but not in a bad way). The fact that it's a "b5media" blog was immediately given away by the top banner on the page, as well as the advertisement placements on the right. This is one of Darren Rowse's babies, one of the "over 100" blogs in the b5media network.

The theme is professionally designed, so I'm not going to pick on it. It looks great. In fact, I'm not going to pick on anything on this blog right now. For a blog that appears to be less than three months old, Dave has been busy getting some good content in place. Yes, I read some articles and watched a video or two. I loved the Phil Collins Beaten By Gorilla… At Drumming! | New Cadburys Advert Reveals All video and accompanying text. I also like his article on Big Brother Twins Sam & Amanda Sign Record Deal | Fighting Pete Doherty For No.1. That's one show I've never seen and after reading this, I don't care to.

This blog looks like it's going to go places and I wish Dave the best of luck with it. Keep plugging along!
