The 2007 Anniversary of '911'
I realize that it's not September 11 in the US for a couple of more hours, but I wanted to publish this before I lose my connectivity again. It's September 11 in the Philippines and I'm an American, so it's okay for me to be early.
Today marks the 6th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, USA. Please take the time to pause and reflect on what happened then, and what has happened since.
I'm taking a moment (once again) to thank the rescue teams who responded on that fateful day, as well as the military service members from around the world who've been working hard to reduce the threat of global terrorism. The service members include those of other countries as well as the US.

Anyway it's 11/9 not 9/11 for me…
911 is used because it also represents the number you dial for an emergency in the United States. It's not just the date in this instance.
I realized that. Seems an odd coincidence that the emergency number used was also the target date for such a terrible terrorist act.
I was still working RT, and that day was one of my worst days. I will never forget…
