My first impression was that the front page of How to Live Online was too busy. It's hard to explain. It really wasn't too busy, as found while I scrolled down the page to see what else was in the sidebars. It's that initial image in the header that threw me. It's just an image without links to the social sites.

I read Thiru's article on how to Boost your Blog's Popularity with Romlet and knew that I'd seen something like their badges somewhere else. AdIcons for WordPress is a plugin that looks like it, but I think that's where the similarities end.

I couldn't find the link to the "Blogger" profile for Thiru's blog. I went up and down both sidebars without any luck. The one thing about blogs hosted on blogger.com or blogspot.com that gives them away is the dashboard at the top, even if you have your own domain pointing to your site. Anyway, I couldn't find anything else wrong.

I'm adding this site to my feed reader so that I can go back through the old articles. There are some interesting things about Google that I want to check out.
