I didn't do this kind of article previously this month because I only posted 10 times in August of 2006. I only posted 17 times in September, so I think I'll do it this way at the end of this coming September as well. Here's what happened in August:

August 1, 2006: I told a really lame joke about Tropical Storm Henry to one of my wife's aunts. Yes, it was really lame.

August 3, 2006: I gave some updates concerning the construction of my house and the landscaping, as well as a note on me and my wife's upcoming stay in Phoenix, Arizona.

August 9, 2006: A brief note about being able to get online while in Phoenix. What I didn't mention is that I couldn't do hardly anything because the PC was in my wife's cousin's bedroom and I could get in there for more than an hour at a time. It really sucked.

August 13, 2006: I wrote about my older son's wedding. No pictures for the blog even though I think I have a CD around here somewhere with pictures on it. I think I'll look for it today.

August 19, 2006: A note about heading back to the Philippines. I was eager to leave Phoenix. I had no home there anymore.

August 21, 2006: I wrote about being back in the Philippines. Even though my house wasn't done yet and I was still living out of a suitcase, I was happy to be back.

August 27, 2006: This was my blog's first happy birthday salute to my wife. She read it over my shoulder before I even finished saving it. We had a wild time that evening.

August 28, 2006: I wrote about the house blessing that took place on the previous day. These house blessings are hilarious in my eyes. They bless everything in and around the house, including the car and the microwave oven.

August 31, 2006: I published what was sent to me in email from a friend: 10 Worst Domain Names. Can you believe I didn't get a comment on it until March of this year?
