And Nobody Noticed…

I think it's amazing that this has gone unnoticed by my regular readers. I know of at least three of you who have commented since I made the change. Something as big as this should stand out like a sore thumb to anyone who's been here more than once or twice.

There have actually been several changes over the past couple of days and I'm not going to tell you what they are, so there. Guess what? I'm not going to mention the other changes when they happen this week either. Unlike some bloggers I've seen, I don't make it a habit of making constant changes. Unless something goes horribly wrong, or if I make mistakes, I won't be doing anything else after the end of this week that'll be noticeable to the human eye.

Comments? Anyone?

If it's the vortex logo, then I did notice it. I was disappointed in myself for not coming up with a logo suggestion for you, since I was envisioning something similar…..
Then there is the 'and More', a little add-on that un-niches you nicely. That whole tagline is new, isn't it?

The logo, the vortex on the left, the rss subscribers section, the tagline "Blog Reviews, Promotion, Issues, Monetization and More", and the renaming of some sections in the sidebar (reader appreciation), what else did I miss?

I'm not sure about this one, but it's the first time I notice the "advertise here" link

I too blame being a feed reader….

New logo is trippy (man), your advertising's swapped sides and the header does look slightly 're-arranged'.

No-one would notice if my blog disappeared so count yourself lucky

I got all of you to leave the comfort of your feed readers to take a look.

Yes, the vortex emblem replaced the old canned corner logo. The tagline is about a week old. There are four sponsor widgets, two above the fold on each side and two below the fold on each side.

Heck, there's stuff that's been fixed, moved, and tweaked that even I don't remember.

@Chris: Someone would notice.

I want to change the bullets, the page background image, drop the AdSense and finish the "Advertise" page. The shade of green needs to change as well (to the same as in the center logo).

The "Tigopedia" and "Tiga" will disappear from the footer when I get done, because almost the entire theme has been rewritten and as soon as I get done, it will all have been rewritten.

Your major changes are definitely noticeable, but since you didn't make a big deal out of it, none of your readers, including myself, did either

I mostly resort to reading your feeds, and visit your site just when I want to comment. But one thing I missed on your right nav bar is the scrollable Top Commentators list. I'm glad you added your social site widgets at the bottom, as well as ad spaces at the bottom of each navbar — they're really quite pleasant to my eyes and your site loads faster, too.

  The top commentators is on a page now, under "Reader Appreciation". I knew you'd look for it, considering your "widgetizing" ordeal.
  
  Everything is as optimized as it can be, including the CSS. WP-Cache is running at all times. The only dynamic anything is the embedded JavaScript, and I've sped up everything with compression in the .htaccess file.

Since I visit your blog and not read the RSS feed, I definitely noticed the changes, but since you always keep tweaking in any case, I didn't think it warranted any comment. Sorry about that.

I haven't been around for a couple of days so just now started looking around here after this post…. well, seems like most changes have been discovered already… but let me guess.. did you have that 165 subscribers on top left before? Oh AND the blog juice the three widgets at the bottom shrinked too
