I recently downloaded and installed the Shylock AdSense WordPress Plugin to control the display of my Google AdSense advertisements (something I'm going to drop from my articles in about two weeks, once I go above the $100 mark again). Today, I went back to review Shylock Blogging.

Alexandru just changed his theme and I don't remember what the last one looked like. I have to tell you, I don't like this theme. It's not the layout; it's the color. More appropriately, the lack of it. The layout is fine. Even the header is fine. The text color is lighter than I think it should be and the borders around each area look a little odd. It's like a black and white theme with a dash of color every once in awhile.

After browsing a few of his articles, it appears the purple shylock knows what he's talking about on almost every topic he covers. He readily admits to still being in a learning process for some of them. Regardless, he obviously knows what he's doing since he works for himself and lives off his websites.

I recommend that you take a look at some of his articles and read the comments that go with them. There are nuggets of gold in them.
