Anyone who's read my blog regularly for any period of time would know that I can write about almost anything at almost any given time. The last few days have not been that way at all. Real life (the offline world) has been taking precedence over my online life.
Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to finish several articles that are in various stages of completion. After getting rid of a major, nagging headache, I've been sleeping a lot more than usual. When I'm awake, I'm lethargic and uninterested in my daily routine. Recent good news from my wife in the U.S. is probably partly to blame. Exposure to a lot of relief and the dropping of a huge burden left me with a lackadaisical attitude.
I think I'll be back to my normal, enthusiastic self within a few hours. I'm all alone at home right now and it's raining outside. My son should be home within an hour or so, after he walks up the hill from where the Jeepney deposits him and his cousin.
