July 29, 2006: I was more than just a little upset when my mother-in-law called me Selfish. It seems that some people forgot how they got from there to here and still expect me to give them more of what I have than I keep for myself.

July 29, 2006: I wrote an article that was nothing more than a hoax. I took an article I wrote about BASIC in the 80s, replaced every occurrence of the word "subroutine", rearranged it a bit and came up with Defeating Functionitis. Being the prankster that I can be sometimes, I submitted it to Reddit in February of this year and got a lot of flack over it. It was fun while it lasted.

July 30, 2006: Alcoholic Beverages, consumed in moderation, can have health benefits. Abused, the opposite is true.
