A year ago today, I talked about the WOW Magic Sing microphone I bought so that me and my relatives could enjoy videoke whenever we wanted to, without having to rent a machine. Before anyone asks, videoke is exactly like karaoke but with the added video (usually a television).
Although we haven't used it lately, I know that we've used the microphone more than 100 times this past year. My vocal skills have improved tremendously. My relatives were impressed when I scored 95 (out of a possible 100) for the Tagalog song "Sige" (pronounced siggay) and not one of them could make it that high — and Tagalog is their native language, not mine!
