LinkyLove, A Minor Review
I always hesitate to link to bloggers who appear to be about nothing but the money they can make, especially if I can't figure out exactly who the blogger is. At first, that's what I thought about LinkyLove. Sure it's about the money, but the author (which I still can't figure out if it's a girl or a boy) has been busy writing informative articles on how to help all of us to make a little more money and optimize our ranking in the search engines and such, if that's what we want to do.
Sometimes I fall into that mentality that I'm sure others do as well (even unintentionally), thinking that I'm so self-important that I don't need to link to anyone who hints or even outright asks for it. You can call it link begging or whatever, but so what? I'm nobody in the grand scheme of things and I shouldn't have any problem linking to him, her, or it from outer space. This post is going to link to the blogger's first post. I'm going to add a link to my blogroll under "Other" (at least until I know what country the blogger is in). If I find other reasons to link later on, I'll just do it like I always have.
To the blogger in question: I'm pretty sure where you're from, but I really would like to know where you are now and whether you're male or female. It just helps me to feel like I'm communicating with a person and not a faceless machine of some kind. Of course, you don't have to respond if you don't want to — you won't hurt my feelings at all.

If I see 'make money online' one more time….. ;-)
It's a good point RT, when you start blogging, you link to all and sundry, and then after a few months you seem to stop doing it.
6 months in, I feel like I'm starting again in some respects, and having to almost re-learn things I did when I started. It's easy to get self-absorbed doing this.
I began to read your article out of curiosity. My brain is a little slow these days and I take some time to get to know a blog and where to leave a message and what about. I am no longer new to blogging, five months, but am still confronted with such things as SEO and making some money.
I feel I'm still pushing, still searching, hoping I'll get the formula right before I run out of ideas.

I'm probably a few years younger than you and my brain's just as slow. :-)
Good articles on Vietnam (or Viet Nam as it's sometimes referred to). I was way too young for that conflict, only being born in 1960.
