Life is not fair. DNS propagation is less fair. While most people in the United States have been seeing this blog on the new server for the last 10+ hours, the far eastern countries are still seeing the old site 12+ hours later. I got tired of waiting to check it out here, so I cheated. I even posted it on that last entry at the other site. I told anyone tired of waiting to add my IP address and host names (with and without the "www.") to the hosts file and reboot if necessary.

That's what I did and that's why I'm posting this here now. Much to my delightful surprise, nothing was broken. I just turned off the Coralize plugin which I forgot to do before copying everything. Other than that, I don't see anything wrong.

Edit: I'm not going to add anything else to the blog until propagation is complete. FeedBurner is still pulling from the old site and there are a LOT of people still seeing it instead of this one. I can use the time wisely and continue to do drive-bys.
