I'm still not 100 percent in the game. I made a mistake earlier and I might be stuck with this host for the entire weekend. I have the details worked out to make the move, but can't make the payment quite yet. My mistake irritated me to no end and I hope I rectified it today so that I can continue as I planned tomorrow.

With many things on my mind, along with a lot of personal family issues to attend to, I didn't make it to nearly as many blogs as I wanted. My target range is 12 to 20 and I didn't even make it to 12. Tomorrow will be a new day and if all goes well, then today won't seem like such a complete waste.

Angela at Domestic Divapalooza wrote about what causes cervical cancer. It can be caused by certain types of human papillomarvirus (HPV). I didn't know a virus could cause cancer and now I do.

Rahul at DOX posted a video that shows how to create Web 2.0-style logos using Photoshop. If you're familiar with Photoshop, this should be interesting. Since I'm creativity challenged, it does me no good at all. I never even mastered Microsoft Paint!

Elaine at Elain Vigneault republished the HD DVD encryption key that was all over Digg this week. She stated she was waiting for her own cease and desist letter. She's braver than I am. I don't invite trouble. I get into enough trouble without doing things like this.

Erika at Erika Jean wrote how she was inspired by Chris at Blog-Op to rejuvenate some links. I'm deeply hurt (not really) that she didn't feel inspired by me. I even did a previous blog drive-by and mentioned her blog on March 30, 2007. I will take a few minutes to go sulk in the corner.

Charlene at Essential Keystrokes wrote her "not a secret" secret to productivity. One sentence explains it all: You have to LOVE what you do. She may have something there.

I spotted a theme change for the better at everybody go to. The new version he did for someone looks a lot snazzier. I think I'll stop by to see Ali when I get the desire to change my theme into something unique. It won't be soon, but now that I have his link, I'll know where to go when the time comes.

The anonymous writer at Everyday Weekender did a review of the movie "The Reaping". Based on that review alone, I plan to watch the movie at least once. I'm up for a good scare.

Marielyn at Tiny Signs is going to go far really fast. A newcomer to the blogging scene, she has already grasped the concept of giving a lot in order to receive a little. Starting only on April 22nd, she jumped right in and started writing about a couple of her specialties, CSS and XHTML. Just after her tutorial on the CSS hover effect she started shelling out her appreciation for other blogs as well as a bunch of backlinks. Young lady, don't even dare try to slow down. Keep the tutorials and the personality laid on thick just the way I like it. I won't have anything to brag about if you keep it up.
