I didn't get through as many blogs as I wanted to today because my IM kept interrupting me. Now I remember why IM == Annoying.

Andrew at Andrew Kuo dot Net is working on a social network site with combines the best features of Slashdot and Digg and calls it "Combust". Combust will be "for bloggers only". 10 editors will select articles from submissions, like Slashdot, and then the submissions will be voted on, like Digg. I'm coining something right now: The Combust version of a Digg slam or the "Digg Effect" will be called a "Combustion". At least that's what I'll call it.
Angelika listed 13 songs she loved in the 80s. I dare say that I like 11 of her choices, but I'm not going to tell you which ones I didn't like.
Mag22 at Anything and Everything weighed in on the future online presidential debate that will be hosted by Yahoo and from what I could gather, he wasn't impressed. You know, it doesn't impress me either. Until the Internet becomes as ubiquitous as television, I don't think an online version of a televised debate will have any kind of significant impact.
Stacey at Are we there yet? did a review of the documentary, Scratch (2001). Based on her lukewarm review, it's yet another documentary I plan to skip.
James D. Kirk at Boldly Going posted a YouTube video of a guy wiggin' out on Kodak's entry into the digital revolution. I watched it twice.
Armen at Armen's Blog wrote an interesting history piece on the Armenian genocide of 1915, something I was completely unaware of — it wasn't taught in any of my history classes.
Charlotte at Army Mom posted a huge list of WordPress plugins that she uses, with her favorites preceded by an asterisk. It's definitely worth a second look.
ApOgEE at Art of ApOgEE posted a YouTube video that has high speed footage of an artist doing a painting of Bruce Lee on a wall-sized canvass. Pretty cool stuff.
Owen at Ask Owen posted the answer to "How should I upgrade WordPress?" Like all of his articles, the post title is a question. He doesn't post often, but he posts concisely. I think this will be a good resource once he gets into the swing of things.
Annallon at AvistaZ Asian Movie Torrents posted a torrent to a Chinese movie called "The Heroic Trio". It looks interesting and has English subtitles. In fact, all of the Asian films here look interesting. Ever since I saw "Sex Is Zero", a Korean film, I'm convinced that Asian movie studios are more creative that the Western counterparts who seem to recycle the same plotlines over and over again.
Aditya at Banned Stuff posted a hilarious Bud Light commercial that I hadn't seen yet. It deserves to be seen several times, with friends.
