I haven't done this in a few days and it's not because I didn't want to. A little pest has been bugging me for a few days and I've been doing my best to get rid of it. The pest caused me abnormal frequency and fluidity of fecal evacuations, but I think I'm over it now. I don't want to mention the pests name for fear it might return.

With all the hullabaloo about the bloggers choice awards, I thought it would be only fitting to examine some of the nominees. I don't want to spend all day on them, so I'll just pick a few at random. I can always check out more on the next drive-by.

Best Animal Blogger: A critter is stuck and can't get out at Cute Overload. This blog is in no danger of being unseated from the top position.

Best Blog About Blogging: Lorelle at Lorelle on WordPress urged readers to read another blog before reading her blog. I think she belongs at the top instead of who's there now. You can vote for her at this link: http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/370

Most Obnoxious Blogger: While I was there, I couldn't resist voting for MacBros' Place and MacBros as the most obnoxious blogger. You can vote for him here: http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/5152

Best Blog of All Time: Their best posts of the week are available at Lifehacker. You can vote for this blog at: http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/71

Freakiest Blogger: She writes about serial killers at Dead Silence.Org. Good stuff. You can vote for her at: http://bloggerschoiceawards.com/blogs/show/1008

These are some of my accidental drive-bys, meaning that I don't know how I got there:

Terri at Terri Terri Quite Contrary wrote that she was thankful for many things. I totally agree with her point of view.

I found a place that does blog reviews called CRITIQUE MY BLOG!. I found it via a quick post by Terri above. Submit your blog today.

Another place that does blog reviews, and quite a bit more detailed, is Bloggy Award. You need to submit your blog there too!

I received an email from David Paul Robinson thanking me for commenting at his blog. I swear I do not remember doing so. I looked through his blog and don't even remember being there.

The person writing at YZARCTONMI made a very good point. If you have to pass a urine test in order to keep your job and pay taxes, why don't government assistance recipients have to do the same?

I stumbled onto a NOT SAFE FOR WORK blog called Beyond the Neon and read about a former strip club DJ describing sexy songs. Of course, I had to look further through the blog since my interest was already piqued.

Frank at BifSniff did a mini-mini review of "Shooter". I don't know, I'd watch it if it popped up on cable or someone gave me the DVD for it.

Joel at The Straight Up Truth posted some dog judo videos. Where do people get these things?

The Homeless Guy talked about J L Kirk Associates and their threatened lawsuit against a blogger. Never threaten a blogger.
