I didn't get to near as many websites as I wanted to for my drive-bys this evening. The combination of poor connectivity on this end and the fact that some of the blogs I found wanted to me make me gouge my eyes out forces me to end it for the evening. I have spent over four hours waiting for pages to load and I have a major headache now. Please enjoy what little I found before I gave up. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

The last two articles posted by Peter at Necessary Skills talk about beliefs that we have unwittingly embedded within our minds and how to ask the right questions to challenge and change those beliefs.

I was pointed to an interesting article by umoms at ComNetSlash concerning advertising to be injected into BitTorrent files. In my opinion, this is the future of downloadable video that will slowly defeat, or at least put a big dent in, video piracy.

Wildbluff_Matt at Wild Bluff Media explained why a divorce settlement of $57 million for being married to Paul McCartney for four years, which calculates to about $39,000 a day during the marriage, does indeed classify Heather Mills as a gold digger.

I was treated to a wave of nostalgia by a video posted at City-Guide.cc. The author recorded his own bike ride along Mission Beach and Pacific Beach in San Diego at much faster than normal speed. I left there in 1981 and remember that area well.

Moonaire posted an article about the Aftermath of Shutdown Day at The Creativity Club. I'm glad I didn't pay any attention to that day.

Coach at Can't Coach That pointed me to a website for the 6th Marines that are over in Iraq right now. Only people familiar with Marines will understand when I say "oorah!".

This is a few weeks old, but Dan at The Wrong Advices wrote a great article about the fact that blogging is harder than we think. Take a gander at it and see if some of what he says, as well as some of the comments, don't strike home.

You owe it to yourself to take a look at Blog Dumps. I found at least one familiar blog on the front page. I still don't know what a blog dump is, but it sounds excruciating.

Corey at Another Opinion Among Many reviewed Ghost Rider, the movie. I saw the movie. It was okay, but I think it would have been much better with anyone besides Nicholas Cage in the title role. The hair just didn't fit him.

Comedy at Comedy Plus posted a picture of a trooper examining some underwear for her "Wordless Wednesday". I just want to know how he found my mother-in-law's panties.
