I had to shout that out because I just realized what a stupid thing I did. I disabled the "Gregarious" plugin because I didn't want to get "dugg" into 12 hours of server up and down time again.

That's not being very friendly. I'm a friendly person, or at least I like to think so. I put those options in to specifically save readers the trouble of doing it manually. When it comes to blogging, automation is my friend. As much time as I spend visiting other blogs, how would I be able to digg them if they removed their digg badges, buttons and what-not? I certainly don't want to spend the time cutting and pasting and bouncing to and from Digg, Reddit, and other places. I believe other people think like I do. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I'm spending the rest of the day visiting other blogs and not writing anything until my next drive-by post. Bloggers having their "gregarious" badges and links available will make my visits more productive, for both me and them. It is for this very reason that I'm reactivating my own plugin — so other bloggers that visit like I do can be more productive.
