Three Things

Chris at Thermal tagged me to provide a list of three things in various categories. I just hope my list doesn't reflect poorly on my age:

Three things that scare me:

  1. Being alone for too long.
  2. A person who talks very little. He or she could be the next serial killer.
  3. Erupting volcanoes.

Three People Who Make Me Laugh:

  1. My mother-in-law. She gets funnier as she gets older.
  2. Richard Marin (aka Cheech of Cheech & Chong)

There, I did it and it only took forever. It's time to tag: DragonLady, MrCorey and MacBros. Don't worry, it's optional.

    good answers there.

I usually read these types of lists, seems to be a heap around.
Is there any real point of them? Are they to get lots of links or just so people can see into your personality?

  3. The second question is the answer.

  4. Chris says:

    Cheers RT, that was interesting.
What's Lumpia? I love the other 2. I wish I could swim well, I mean I can stop myself drowning, but watching me, it's hard to tell the difference.

I don't do every meme that comes my way, but I like these that make you think a little, and as you say, it can help you reveal your personality to your readers in a way you might not do ordinarily.

  5. Lumpia is a Filipino dish. It's like an eggroll but without the cabbage. Meat (beef or pork usually), carrots, onions, and eggs thin-wrapped in a pastry wrapper and deep-fried.

Ingredients may vary, but if you've ever had one, you'll always know them when you see them.

Ok, so seriously dude… is your blog going to become like myspace because I like your sense of humor too and there is nothing more I would rather to than pretend that you were a 13 year old girl!

  8. Paul, you are insane. But I say that in a nice way.

    ;-)

  9. DragonLady says:

OMG, lumpia is da BOMB! The hubby got a couple of recipes from a couple of Filipino women he used to work with. He's made it only once though. Said they were a pain in the butt to roll. ;-)

  10. blogpaul says:

Paul…jealousy will get you no where. If you want to pursue a relationship, then you're going to have to go through me & RT's wife, and my wife.

If you can do that…he's all yours! ;-)

  13. Matthew Jabs says:

I just looked up a Lumpia recipe. I'll post it here for your readership.

    They look pretty freakin good!

  14. MrCorey says:

So you tagged me. Hmmm. Should I take you up on it? I haven't before for anyone. But, this time, I just might go for it, as I like the subject matter (and its not too long). I haven't had corned beef in a while. I like your choices for funny people.
