This is an experiment. I'm waiting until after 8 am USA eastern time February 3rd (to give the victims a fighting chance) to spring a partially deceiving message on digg, reddit and possibly others, unless someone beats me to it. Regardless, I'm using my stat counter, my cache, and Google Analytics to determine how many people fall for this. It shouldn't be very high… but you never know.

I was just going through reddit modding down junk links and this was one I spotted to knock down. Funny! I'll leave it alone to see how things turn out.

That's okay. I expected my karma to drop into oblivion. It didn't. I guess more people have a sense of humor than I expected.

When this got to over 500 views, I dropped it to 10 so that it wouldn't be on the top of the list. It's back up above 450! Time to drop it again.

When looking at the 3 most read of your blog, one might get a slightly wrong impression of what you really blog about.
One of the reasons I removed the "most read" plug-in from my blog.
Also, it has a tendency of keeping old popular posts alive, and takes focus from newer, good content.
Haven't found a solution yet, though…

Do people really use Digg and Reddit for searching for this kind of stuff? I just assumed everyone used Google for that

Yes, they do, as well as Google. You should see how many of my daily searches include "boobs" and "pussy" and where they come from.
