Back in June, I wrote about brownouts here in Olongapo City. Since then, something happened, but I don't know what.

I was just remarking to the wife about how we haven't had a single brownout since the last one that was 27 hours due to typhoon winds knocking over some power poles.

Perhaps we won't have the numerous brownouts we had last year… but only time will tell.
