Maybe I'm just strange.
Over the past few years, I've made sure that I was almost mentally exhausted before attempting sleep. Why would I do such a thing? To avoid weird dreams. When I'm near exhaustion, I don't have dreams or at least I can't remember having dreams.
For the past couple of days, I didn't wait until I was tired enough. I ended up dreaming extremely weird and almost lucid dreams. I've been retired from the military for more than eight years, but one of the dreams had me spending hours trying to remember what dry cleaning service I turned my uniforms into to be cleaned. I never had that problem while I was in the military, why the heck would I dream about it now? Another weird dream had me looking on every floor of a skyscraper for a bathroom. When I woke up, I didn't have to urinate so I have no idea what that's all about.
I wouldn't complain if they were "wet" dreams. But then again, I probably wouldn't get out of bed.
