I realize the date of this post appears to seem late, but it's the 24th in Philippines while it's still the 23rd in the US where most people celebrate the holiday. Many are just now sitting down for the dinner.

We got the largest turkey we could find, but it was still the smallest turkey I ever had to use. It took a while to get the other dishes together. You can't just go to any grocery store here and find what you need.

Please eat and enjoy the family get-togethers. It doesn't happen often.
