I just caught a news item that says that PayPal now includes the Philippines, but with a catch: You have to have an international credit card (i.e. with Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

So I now have a PayPal account for here, but I can't use it because I don't have a credit card. Let's see what happens in the next couple of months.

(Update 2007-05-06: I canceled that PayPal account. It was doing nothing for me at all. I ended up getting a U.S.-based PayPal account to take care of business.)
