This storm was merely a depression while passing the Philippines and then got upgraded. It'll probably turn into a typhoon by the time it completely leaves our area. In the meantime, it continues to dump tons of water on the islands.

One of my wife's aunts has three sons by the names of Henry, Hector, and Herbert. I told her tropical storms Hector and Herbert would follow Henry wherever he goes. Okay, so it's lame, but it was good for a momentary laugh.
