"The Ten Commandments" is a classic biblical movie, of epic proportions, covering the first few books of the bible. I and my wife watched parts of it for three days because it's 220 minutes long (3 and 1/2 hours) and she kept falling asleep during the slow scenes.

The parting of the Red Sea alone is worth the wait. The lead actor, Charlton Heston, is five months younger than my father, making him at least 81 years old now. The film was released 50 (count 'em) years ago! It's four years older than I am.
